T.F. Hudgins, Inc. (manufacturer, distributor and service provider operating in industrial processing, oil and gas, and petrochemical end-markets) has acquired Texas Rotating Equipment, Inc. The acquisition will add to the T.F. Hudgins and Allied Reliability portfolio of predictive and reliability-centered maintenance services.
Texas Rotating Equipment specialises in the maintenance and repair of industrial steam turbines and pumps that are used in a wide array of industrial applications. It provides upgraded components and ancillary systems that increase the operational reliability of equipment.
