Haldor Topsoe appoints CHRO

Peter Kirkegaard has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Haldor Topsoe, effective 1 January 2021.

Since 2016, Peter Kirkegaard has served as Executive Vice President, Chief People & Culture Officer, with Hempel A/S, which he joined in 2007 as Vice President. Before that, Peter Kirkegaard had a 15 year career with Accenture, where he was Partner leading the Human Performance and Finance and Performance Management service lines.

“Peter has shown that he can drive large-scale transformation projects with great results and buy-in from the organisation. I am convinced that his strategic mindset, cultural sensitivity and collaborative approach will bring exceptional value to our company, and that Peter will take an important role in securing Haldor Topsoe’s success,” said Roeland Baan, CEO of Haldor Topsoe.
