Hydrocarbon Engineering,

Shell Pilipinas Corp. is progressing with a terminal expansion in Cebu, strategically located in the Visayas, the Philippines, to strengthen the availability of energy products and enhance supply chain resilience.

This will be the 5th import facility in the network and will support more reliable delivery of fuels and other energy products for partners and customers. The integrated network – from Subic and Batangas to Cagayan de Oro and Davao – will continue to expand, supporting supply security and improving operational efficiency across the region.

The project will be delivered in collaboration with Therma Cebu Energy Inc., a joint venture between Sta. Cruz Storage Corporation (SCSC) and Therma Power, Inc. (TPI).
