In this spotlight interview, Hydrocarbon Engineering's Senior Editor, Callum O'Reilly, talks to David Walsh, Product Director at Howden, about the company's recent article in Hydrocarbon Engineering.


Entitled ‘Up to the Challenge’, David’s article introduces a method for controlling the main air blowers within the sulfur recovery process, which helps to improve overall system energy efficiency and reduce both CAPEX and OPEX costs.

David provides some background behind the article, outlines the energy savings that can be made, and explains the role that Howden has to play in the energy transition.
