Achieving best practice across the capital project lifecycle

Fierce competition in the engineering and construction (E&C) industry is the lifeblood for driving excellence and innovation. Owner-operators continue to demand best value bids, but design quality and experience takes precedence over simply low prices. According to a survey by PwC on the Capital Projects market in the Middle East, “80% of respondents said that their projects had experienced a delay, with 46% saying that they had suffered significant delays – in excess of six months. Completing projects on budget was also a significant issue, with only 36% of respondents saying that their projects were completed on or under budget.
