Chevron elects new board member

Chevron Corp. has elected John B. Frank to its board of directors, effective 2 November 2017.
Mr Frank will will serve on the company’s Audit Committee.
John Watson, Chevron’s Chairman of the board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), said: “John Frank brings more than 30 years of legal and finance experience to the company […] His knowledge of capital markets and risk management will be valuable to the board.”
Mr Frank is currently Vice Chairman of Oaktree Capital Management L.P. He was Oaktree’s Managing Partner from 2005 until 2014. Prior to that role, he was a partner with the law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson L.L.P.
