Dundee Energy Ltd announces completion of assets sale

Dundee Energy Ltd has announced that pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice dated 11 June 2018, the sale of substantially all of the property of Dundee Oil and Gas Ltd and Dundee Energy Ltd Partnership to Lagasco Inc. was completed on 16 November 2018.
Dundee Energy Ltd is a Canada-based oil and natural gas company and holds interests, both directly and indirectly, in producing oil and gas assets in Ontario and, through a preferred share investment, in certain exploration and evaluation programs for oil and natural gas offshore Tunisia.
