Hydrocarbon Engineering,
Surefire Industries is expanding the scope of its product base to include the engineering and manufacturing of mission critical equipment for oil and gas transportation, processing, storage, metering, refining and power generation operations. The move was driven by the company’s long term growth vision, which includes a strategic diversification initiative that will both capitalise on new opportunities and maximise the utilisation of existing expertise, infrastructure, processes and assets.
Surefire Industries will provide a range of equipment packages, including a variety of compressor, pump, separating, treatment, dehydration, stabilisation, metering, process, filtration, motor, condenser, generator, cooling and chiller packages.
“Our goal is to bring midstream and downstream operators and contractors equipment that will last longer – premium parts, superior engineering, solid construction and a lower total cost of ownership,” said David Hamilton, Surefire’s Vice President of Sales. “Just as we’ve made a reputation for doing so with upstream operators and service companies.”
“This expansion makes sense for us,” added Surefire President Jamie Stewart. “It’s about growing a long term vision. It’s about taking the core strengths we’ve built here over the years and putting them to work where we can both do the most good for customers, and provide more opportunity for our stakeholders. And we’re strategically located to be very competitive within these new markets.”
