Rodan Energy Solutions has announced that Rachel Ingram, its Vice President and General Counsel, has joined the Advanced Energy Management Alliance (AEMA) Board of Directors.

Rachel brings many years of corporate, governance and power sector experience to the AEMA together with the insights of one of North America’s leading Energy-as-a-Service providers.

“We are pleased that the AEMA has elected Rachel to their Board. They will certainly benefit from her extensive knowledge, resourcefulness, and strong advocacy skills.
