Atlas Copco acquires Air Supply Systems

Atlas Copco, a leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, has acquired the operational assets of Air Supply Systems Inc., which distributes and services compressors and accessories.
Air Supply Systems is based in Franklin, near Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA and has six employees, who will now join Atlas Copco.
The company, which was privately owned, sells, installs and services Atlas Copco compressed air products, mainly in the southeastern area of Wisconsin.
“We have an established relationship with this high quality organisation, and this acquisition will further strengthen our relations with our customers,” said Nico Delvaux, President of Atlas Copco’s compressor technique business area.
The acquired company will become a part of Atlas Copco Compressors LLC. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
