Emerson acquires A.E. Valves

Emerson has announced that it has acquired Advanced Engineering Valves (A.E. Valves), a manufacturer of valve technology for the LNG industry.

The transaction will enable Emerson to broaden its portfolio of valves to improve process performance and reliability.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

A.E. Valves manufactures torque-seated, friction-free, zero-leakage ball valve technology that represents improvements over traditional ball valves.
