Neste and ScanOcean AB enter into cooperation in delivering Neste’s low-sulfur marine fuel. ScanOcean AB is now an official reseller for Neste’s 0.1% marine fuel products on the East Coast of Sweden. The low-sulfur marine fuel is one of Neste’s high quality products.
"The re-seller partnership with ScanOcean is part of our marine fuel strategy as it is our aim to continually offer customers better services both locally and globally. Neste’s low-sulfur marine fuel is an excellent example of our capability to meet the tight environmental requirements”, says Neste’s Marine Fuels & Services Manager Jacob Granqvist.
Neste supplies to customers from its terminal in Södertälje, servicing nearby ports from Gävle in the north to Norrköping in the south and Lake Mälaren. Both companies recognise growth potential in the greater Stockholm area. “Together with ScanOcean we will be able to give our customers both professional and local solutions", says Granqvist.
“We are excited to increase our product offering and to further promote Neste’s unique marine fuels to the Swedish market by showing our clients the benefits of the DMB and RMB products compared to other marine fuels”, comments Jonatan Karlström, General manager at ScanOcean.
Neste’s marine fuels are available at all Finnish ports and through ScanOcean cooperation now in the greater Stockholm area.
