Servomex has announced the opening of a new service centre in Yongin, South Korea.
Analyser performance tests, in-house repairs, annual services and calibration, training, upgrades and rental equipment are all available at the Servomex Korea Service Center. Dedicated in-house repair teams will mean customers do not need to send analysers to other locations to be serviced, saving on shipping time and speeding up the downtime of the analysers, reducing the overall costs to customers.
Sang Won Park, Business Unit Director, IP&E, said: “Our new Korean Service Center is in a great position to provide regional support to the whole of Asia. The Korean market is continuously growing and, by placing ourselves here, we will be able to grow with that market. Our focus will be to concentrate on delivering customer satisfaction through our service and support, taking advantage of the geographical location.
“Our technologies support purity and quality assurance processes, including air separation, gas bottling and transportation, and semiconductor manufacture which is seeing growing demand in Korea.
“The industrial process and emissions team is committed to changing the way industries operate by providing gas analysis solutions for clean air initiatives and our team of experts has a great deal of industry experience and applications knowledge.”
