BCCK Holding Company (BCCK) and SCF Partners (SCF) have entered into a strategic partnership whereby SCF will be providing growth capital for expansion opportunities for BCCK. Clark Butts, founder of BCCK, will continue as chief executive officer and as an owner of the business; and Greg Hall, executive vice president; Ben K. Friedman, chief financial officer; Matt Gillis, chief operating officer; and Chase Johnson, vice president of manufacturing, will continue to serve in management capacities and as new owners.
SCF co-president, David Baldwin, stated, “We are delighted to partner with Clark Butts and the BCCK team. Their expertise in the natural gas processing arena coupled with their patented technologies is unparalleled. This is an exciting time to get exposure to the build-out of natural gas processing capacity across the US and we look forward to working hand-in-hand with BCCK to grow the business to the next level.”
“We are excited to enter this new phase of expansion for BCCK. SCF provides numerous avenues for accelerated growth ahead. This partnership provides a unique opportunity for BCCK to grow significantly in our supply of technology, fabrication and field construction services for the oil and gas industry,” Butts said.
Theresa Eaton, managing director of SCF, stated, “Throughout the course of last year we have been fortunate to not only get to know BCCK, but also a number of their customers. I rarely meet groups that speak so highly of a service provider. We are excited to be associated with a company like BCCK and look forward to growing together.”
