Jacobs wins contract from Invex Infraestructura

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has been awarded a contract by Invex Infraestructura 4, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (INI4) for a greenfield fuel storage and distribution terminal in Tula Hidalgo, Mexico.
Jacobs will perform engineering services and support INI4 with regulation compliance and safe and efficient execution. The engineering phase will provide the basis for construction and operation of the strategic terminal.
Jacobs Petroleum and Chemicals Senior Vice President and General Manager Global Operations, Mark Bello, said: “Jacobs’ fuel storage and terminals knowledge and proven track record for providing innovative, end-to-end solutions were key factors in securing the contract […] This project, which is expected to help boost confidence in fuel supply throughout the country, is fully in line with Jacobs’ strategy and continued focus on developing storage terminal opportunities in Mexico and Latin America.”
