HyrdoChemPSC announces acquisition of TriStar Tank Services

HydroChemPSC recently announced the acquisition of TriStar Tank Services from TriStar Global Energy Solutions.
The TriStar Tank Services divisions comprises the PetroServ tank cleaning and global vapour control degassing business units. The acquisition will greatly strengthen HydroChemPSC’s specialty services group in North America.
Brad Clark, CEO of HydroChemPSC, stated: “The acquisition of TriStar Tank Services, a recognised leader in tank cleaning and degassing services will add critical mass to HydroChemPSC’s complex tank cleaning and vapour control services group – allowing us to provide broader services to both our downstream and midstream customers.
