Neste Jacobs to be renamed

It was announced in September 2017 that Neste has acquired Jacobs Engineering's 40% shareholding in Neste Jacobs Oy. Following this, Neste Jacobs Oy is 100% owned by Neste Corp.
The Neste Jacobs Oy company name will change as of 1 January 2018. The new company name will be named ‘Neste Engineering Solutions Oy’. This new name describes the company’s high quality engineering knowhow and the way it operates as a solutions provider for its customers.
The names of the Neste Jacobs Oy subsidiaries will be changed accordingly.
In connection with the name change, Neste Engineering Solutions will start to operate under the Neste brand and visual identity by the end of March 2018.
