The move is expected to be finalised by the end of 2024. Axens recently received the fully executed lease that has been signed and approved by upper management in April 2024.
“We are excited about the move. The new location is strategically chosen to be in close proximity to our customers and vendors, allowing for easier access and collaboration,” said Christian Vaute, Head of Axens ROC Americas. “It will also enhance company operations and provide more opportunities for employees to foster innovation as well as demonstrate our commitment to a more sustainable future.”
The office will be situated on a 35-acre scenic setting in the heart of Houston's Energy Corridor. It will have separate entrances along I-10 and Memorial Drive, providing convenient access for employees and visitors. The low-rise office building is constructed with high standards in energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.
