Johnson Matthey

Johnson Matthey Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Mottershead as a Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from 27 January 2015. Mottershead is currently Vice Principal, Research and Innovation at King’s College London where he has worked since 2009. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of the Carbon Trust, the Francis Crick Institute Limited and Imanova Limited. He is Chair of the Transport Energy Task Force and a Governor of King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

LT Environmental

LT Environmental, Inc. has announced that the company has been named a Rocky Mountain Oil & Gas Awards Finalist. The third annual Oil & Gas Awards recognises the outstanding achievements of leaders within the upstream and midstream sectors of the North American oil and gas industry. The judges seek to discover organisations that succeed and have a commitment to health and safety, environmental stewardship, and corporate social responsibility.

LTE is honoured to be chosen as a finalist in two categories for the Rocky Mountain area; Operational Consultancy of the Year and Excellence in Environmental Stewardship of the Year.

Sodexo

Sodexo have been awarded the Institute of Asset Management’s (IAM) Asset Management Achievement Award in recognition of their Asset Management roll out across 80 countries, covering facilities management in healthcare, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing and airports. Citing the outstanding results that have been achieved, and the high standards of other candidates from all around the world, IAM President Richard Edwards presented the award to Keith Hamer, Group VP Engineering & Asset Management, Sodexo, at the recent IAM Annual Dinner in London.

Spectro

Spectro Scientific has expanded its ability to serve end users of condition monitoring equipment with the November 28 2014 acquisition of 100% of On-Site Analysis Inc. (OSA). OSA specialises in the development and manufacture of advanced fluids analysis hardware and software technologies, primarily for on premise coolant, oil and lubrication testing for municipal commercial fleet vehicles. The company’s analytical equipment operates in 50 countries and its solutions also include the LubeTrak data mining, trending, and storage service headquartered in Sandy, Utah. The OSA team includes approximately 40 people, with most located at its central manufacturing operation in Malborough, Massachusetts. OSA’s core products include the OSA4 MicroLab that provides automated lab quality diagnostic analysis of engine, generator, gear box, hydraulic, power steering and transmission fluids; the OSA4 TruckCheck with special application specific software and rules for the trucking industry; and the OSA4 CoolCheck, the only automated technology for coolant and diesel exhaust fluid testing. The table top analysers are ASTM compliant and deliver results in minutes, providing immediate alerts regarding critical system conditions.

Venture Global

Venture Global LNG, Inc. is pleased to announce that Jimmy Staton has joined the company as Executive Vice President. In addition to his general contribution to executive leadership, in this role Staton will take lead responsibility for gas supply and gas procurement strategies.
