As part of his working trip to Volgograd, Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, along with Andrey Bocharov, Governor of the Volgograd Oblast (region), assessed the construction progress of the production facilities for the OOO LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka Refinery (a wholly-owned subsidiary of OAO LUKOIL).

This year, LUKOIL intends to commission a crude-oil-distillation unit, ?V?-1, with a capacity of 6 million t, and a vacuum-gas-oil deeper-conversion complex in the first half of 2016. It is being constructed in line with the four-way agreement among OAO LUKOIL, FAS Russia (Federal Antimonopoly Service), Rostekhnadzor (Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision) and Rosstandart (Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology).
