AUMA announces management changes

AUMA Group has confirmed that Managing Director, Matthias Dinse, resigned from active management on 31 December 2017.
The son of company founder Rudolf Dinse will remain associated with AUMA as shareholder, member of the Advisory Board and consultant.
Ferdinand Dirnhofer succeeds Matthias Dinse as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), and Dr Jörg Hoffmann has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board (CEO), effective 1 January 2018.
“We thank Matthias Dinse for his longtime, dedicated and outstanding achievements for the AUMA Group and their employees,” Dr Jörg Hoffmann, Chairman of the AUMA Management Board, explained. “We wish him a long, healthy and active retirement and are pleased that he will remain associated with AUMA with his excelling expertise.”
AUMA also confirmed that Dr Jörg Hoffmann will take up the newly established position as Chairman of the Management Board.
Management is complemented by the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Henrik Newerla, who has been a Managing Director of AUMA since 1994.
“We are pleased to have a powerful management team that will master the current challenges and initiate necessary changes,” Manfred Egelwisse, Chairman of the Advisory Board, said. “We are convinced that herewith AUMA is well positioned for the future.”
