PIRA Energy Group has released its weekly oil market update for the week ending 14 September.

The facility is due to be completed in 2H17, and will be the only plant in the Asia Pacific producing Mobil 1. It will be located next to ExxonMobil’s manufacturing site in Jurong.

API urges the White House to reconsider its position and support US crude oil exports.

This is the largest reliability and maintenance project in the company’s history.
