Metso has signed four new distribution agreements for its valve products in Brazil. Its new distributors – Loopserv, ERC, MLDA and S.S. Negócios Mercantis – reinforce the company’s presence in Brazil’s important process industry hubs, covering the northeast and south of the country.
Together, the distributors cover several process industries, such as petrochemical, bioenergy, refining, chemical, and grain processing. Each has a different focus in a specific industry in Brazil, reinforcing Metso’s presence in areas with high demand for flow control solutions.
“These distributors are well-recognised and meet all the criteria we have set for members of our distributor channel. We look forward to reaching both our existing and new customers with each of them, supporting our local experts and service centers,” says Fabiano Baciuk, Metso’s regional sales manager for Flow Control in Brazil.
“Our focus is on the petrochemical industry, but we will definitely provide Metso’s offering to all our customers in different industries where reliable flow control solutions are needed," says Ever Rodrigues Lucas, CEO of Loopserv.
