CH2M Hill

CH2M Hill has been recognised by the Ethisphere Institute as a 2015 World’s Most Ethical Company. The designation recognises those organisations that have had a material impact on the way business is conducted by fostering a culture of ethics and transparency at every level of the company. As a seven year honouree, this award underscore’s CH2M Hill’s commitment to leading ethical business standards and practices, ensuring long term value for clients, employees and the communities in which the company operates.

CH2M Hill has also announced that the company’s environmental projects and acquisitions company has been recognised by the Environmental Business Journal (EBJ) and Climate Change Business Journal (CCBJ), as part of the Business Achievement Awards Program. These awards recognise exceptional business performance in the environmental industry in categories such as revenue growth, acquisitions, innovative project designs, new practice areas, new technology development, social contributions, industry leadership and more.

CIBC

CIBC has been named the World’s Best Investment Bank in the oil and gas sector for 2015 by Global Finance magazine. The editors of the publication selected CIBC based on input from industry experts, corporate executives, investors and consultants. The editors also considered criteria including market share, number and size of deals, service and advice, structuring capabilities, distribution network, efforts to address market conditions, innovation, pricing, after market performance of underwritings and market reputation over the last year.

Intertek

Intertek now provides crude oil vapour testing services to help North Dakota crude oil producers comply with the upcoming North Dakota Industrial Commission, Department of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas Division Rule Order 25417. Starting April 1 of this year, North Dakota crude oil producers must ensure the vapour pressure in the crude oils they are loading for transportation is less than 12.7 lb/in.2.

Intertek is ready to help with experienced local people, a state of the art lab, and convenient state wide field services ready to efficiently sample and test crude oils for vapour pressure before transportation loading, in accordance with NDIC Rule Order 25417.

Questar

Questar Fueling Company, as subsidiary of Questar Corporation, has opened its newest CNG fuelling station at 5174 West 2400 South, West Valley City, Utah. The public access station will provide fast filling CNG fuelling for Swift Transportation and other fleet operators with medium and heavy duty trucks. Craig Wagstaff, President, Questar Fueling and Questar Gas said, “this Questar Fueling CNG station is slightly different from Questar Gas’s 26 CNG stations located throughout Utah. It’s equipped with high speed, high volume CNG fuelling for the medium and heavy duty truck market, and is one of seven stations we’ve built nationally for companies like Swift Transportation, Central Freight Lines, Dart Transit, Frito Lay and other fleet operators running their vehicles on clean burning natural gas.”
