Ameren Illinois

Ameren Illinois crew broke ground this week on a first of its kind project to convert residents in the Village of Grantfork, Illinois from propane fuel to natural gas. The project takes advantage of a revised main extension tariff developed by the company and approved by the Illinois Commerce Commission in December 2014 that makes it more affordable for propane and other fuel source customers to gain access to natural gas service.

Atlas Resource

Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. and Atlas Energy Group, LLC have announced the completion of the previously announced acquisition of natural gas producing properties in the Arkoma basin by ARP from its parent company, ATLS, for US$35.5 million. The transaction has an effective date of January 1, 2015.

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC and Patron Capital Partners have announced that funds managed by CD&R will be partnering with the management of Motor Fuel Group to acquire the company from Patron in a transaction valued at approximately £500 million. The transaction is expected to close in July, subject to customary regulatory approvals.

DTE Energy

DTE Energy has announced that it is going to issue a request for proposal for evaluation, measurement and verification services for its popular energy efficiency programs. DTE is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide these analytical services for the residential and commercial/industrial portfolio of energy efficiency programs offered by DTE Electric and DTE Gas in 2016 and 2017.

Gulf

Due to the current opportunities in the downstream sector and with aggressive growth targets for the next five years, Gulf Oil International Ltd is partnering with Q8Oils, Europe in a series of moves, one of which will see Gulf branded lubricants manufactured in the Antwerp plant. Effective from July 1, GOI plans a supply company that will use the Antwerp facility as the official and sole supply source for the supply company’s customers, to ensure Gulf meets their expectations.

MMP

MMP has announced worldwide business. The oil and gas industry must often come up with solutions for solving problems in underground plumbing when they cannot actually see what is occurring. Visuray believes that they have the technology and capabilities necessary to provide a solution to these challenges.
