LAR Process Analysers AG: Hall 11.1, Stand C87 and Area F2, Stand A2

LAR Process Analysers AG is the worldwide leading manufacturer of online analysers for the determination of composite parameters such as TOC, TNb, TP, COD, BOD and toxicity. The innovative measurement systems are custom made for specific applications and for the measurement from complex industrial wastewater to pharmaceutical pure water. Thus, LAR offers the widest product range of online TOC analysers worldwide.

At ACHEMA 2015, LAR presents the latest generation of the QuickTOCpurity analyser. This ultimate TOC analyser is especially applicable in pure and ultrapure water applications. The measurement system determines the TOC and TNb content of a sample in less than 3 minutes. Moreover, it is able to measure up to six sample streams in one unit. Another novelty, the process control of the TOC direct and TOC difference method was optimised and as of now, it is operated by a self explanatory software via a modern 10.4 in. touchscreen display. Due to ex proof housing options, LAR's analyser is suitable for monitoring reliably process water as well as water steam circuits in chemical and petrochemical industries.

Lewa GmbH: Hall 8, Stand C62

Lewa GmbH is a manufacturer of diaphragm metering pumps, process pumps as well as customised metering systems and production units. At ACHEMA 2015, Lewa will present novelties and innovations in its portfolio.

This, amongst others, includes the Lewa Ecosmart, a compact and multiplex capable diaphragm metering pump. Mounted in packages, the Ecosmart can be used in various applications such as in the injection of demulsifiers or corrosion inhibitors.

Lewa will also introduce a new size of the process diaphragm pump Lewa Triplex. Closing the loop between the existing sizes G3G and G3R, the new type G3M is particularly economical due to its high efficiency and very compact monoblock design. It is suitable for applications with extremely small installation space. It is equipped with Lewa’s proven diaphragm pump head technology, including PTFE diaphragms.

With Lewa Triplex, many successful solutions for customers around the globe have already been realised. Lewa has expertise in the design of chemical injection packages for the oil and gas industry, such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, methanol or glycol injection packages. With the new range, Lewa can better meet the needs of each specific application.
