Hydrocarbon Engineering,

Due to increased raw materials costs, Honeywell UOP has announced that on or after 1 December 2017, the prices of catalysts, molecular sieves and aluminas will increase by up to 8%.

The compnay’s catalysts are used in hydroprocessing, reforming, isomerisation and Merox treating applications, and to produce aromatics, olefins and detergents. Molecular sieves and aluminas are used in a variety of separations applications in refining, petrochemicals, natural gas processing and air separation.

In accordance with applicable contract terms and historical shipments, Honeywell UOP reserves the right to restrict purchases of product prior to the effective date of the price increase.
