Sundyne’s new service centre

Sundyne, a leader in the design and manufacture of advanced centrifugal pumps and compressors for use in the global oil and gas production, refining, petrochemical and chemical industries, kicked off a new collaboration with Milton S. Frank Co. and Alfred Conhagen, Inc. of California this week that will benefit Sundyne pump and compressor operators in the Northern California region that require local service.

Called "The Power of Three," the partnership leverages the longstanding sales relationship between Sundyne and Milton S. Frank, while simultaneously bolstering the company's service offerings in the area by naming Alfred Conhagen, Inc. of California as the Sundyne Authorised Service Centre for Northern California.

The Milton S. Frank team has served as the Sundyne sales representative of record for this area for over 50 years, providing the full range of Sundyne pumps and compressors to the regional population of oil refineries. With Alfred Conhagen now on board as a partner, the Milton S. Frank team can offer Sundyne customers local product service and maintenance for the first time.

Located in Benicia, California, Conhagen has specialised in the support and repair of rotating equipment since 1942. The company's shop is capable of handling virtually any service request, from pump and compressor repairs to upgrade, re-rate and redesign services. Staffed by some of the most experienced engineers in California, Conhagen is recognised by the industry for its quality repair work, fast turn times and first class customer service.

The local service and maintenance capabilities offered through this new "The Power of Three" partnership are expected to reduce shipping costs by an estimated 10% and turnaround times by an average of two days.
