Hydrocarbon Engineering,

Blackmer®, part of PSG®, will be featuring its line of pumps and compressors for the LPG/Autogas market in Booth 1221 at the National Propane Gas Association’s (NPGA) 2018 Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo.

NPGA 2018, which will be held from 6-8 April at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, US, is the largest propane-related tradeshow in the world with over 250 exhibitors and more than 4000 participants.

At this year’s show, Blackmer will be featuring its sliding vane pumps for the LPG market, including its LG, LGL and TLGLF models. LPG Series pumps offer sustained high-level performance, energy efficiency, trouble-free operation and low maintenance cost. Designed for maximum performance and reliability in a wide variety of LPG applications, these pumps are suited for cylinder filling, motor fueling, bulk transfer in liquid terminals, vaporisers, and on bobtails and transports. All models are UL-listed.

Blackmer LB Series oil-free reciprocating gas compressors will also be on display. These compressors have been specifically designed to deliver high efficiency in handling LPG and are the ideal solution for railcar unloading and vapor-recovery applications. They are available with flow capacities from 7 to 125 ft3/m (11.9 to 212 m3/h) at working pressures up to 350 psi (24.1 bar).

In addition, Blackmer will be also be showcasing its Ebsray® RC Series regenerative turbine pumps, including the newly released RC40 pump. Ebsray RC Series pumps have been designed and precision-built for high-pressure transfer in LPG and Autogas applications. The secret to the success of these pumps is the impeller design, which optimises hydraulic performance resulting in high differential pressures even at low flow rates. By incorporating “Ebsray Turbine Technology™,” these pumps feature a smooth operation and long pump life.
