NETZSCH Canada, Inc. will be highlighting its NOTOS® Multiple Screw Pumps at the Global Petroleum Show (GPS 2018), which will be held 12 June – 14 June 2018 at the Stampede Park, in Calgary, Canada.
The pumps will be featured in the NETZSCH booth, number 1394, highlighting the capability to pump everything from light fuel oil to viscous asphalt; the NOTOS Multiple Screw Pump is an excellent choice for rail car and ship loading and offloading, as well as tank-to-tank transfer.
NETZSCH NOTOS Multiple Screw Pumps are highly efficient, resulting in the most energy saving option for asphalt applications. The design allows users to reduce the tank asphalt temperature by 20°F or more, saving thousands of dollars per year in energy costs and minimising life cycle costs. The robust design of the NOTOS further drives down the overall cost of ownership by reducing maintenance costs compared to gear pumps and sliding vane pumps.
The NOTOS features complete housing jacketing, the NETZSCH High Efficiency Unique Design (HEUD), as well as an innovative liner feature. The NOTOS can operate with flow rates up to 6600 gallons per minute (gpm), pressure up to 1160 pounds per square inch (psi) and viscosities up to 200 000 centistokes (cSt). Featuring robust integral screws and quiet operation, the NOTOS comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Also featured at the show will be the Full Service-In-Place (FSIP®) Progressing Cavity pumps and TORNADO® Rotary Lobe Pumps that can meet various oil field challenges in reliable and safe ways. All these pump technologies are API 676 3rd Edition compliant, serving a wide range of applications like enhanced oil recovery, storage and distribution, produced water management, well services, refinery operations and oil and gas processing.
