Materia confirms appointments

Hydrocarbon Engineering,
Materia Inc. has announced the appointment of Neal Gilmore as Vice President, Operations.
The company has also appointed Wesleyne Greer as Senior Manager, Sales.
With more than 25 years of experience in chemical process and manufacturing operations, Gilmore will oversee all aspects of Materia’s operations, including Grubbs Catalyst® product manufacturing in Pasadena, California, and Proxima® resin manufacturing at the Huntsville, Texas, manufacturing facility.
Greer joins Materia with a decade’s worth of experience in the petrochemical industry and will support Materia’s Proxima resin customers in the oil and gas industry.
Nitin Apte, Materia’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “Neal and Wesleyne’s skills and experiences complement those of our rapidly growing workforce and we are pleased to welcome them to the Materia team. These key roles are located in the greater Houston area, which demonstrates our continued commitment to serving the increasing demand for our Proxima resin products in the region.”
