Mansfield Energy acquires O’Rourke Petroleum

Mansfield Energy Corp., a North American energy supply and logistics provider, has announced the acquisition of O'Rourke Petroleum, headquartered in Houston, Texas, US.
Founded in 1932, O'Rourke is a full service lubricant and fuels distributor supplying over 200 million gal./yr of fuel and 6 million gal./yr of lubricants.
With a fleet of 180 vehicles, O'Rourke operates throughout the US Gulf Coast region, providing with products ranging from gasoline, diesel fuel, marine fuels, lubricants and DEF products to fleet card services and equipment and environmental solutions.
O'Rourke is among the very few Shell Lubricants Distributors nationwide that have been awarded their ‘Alliance’ class designation in the industrial, transport and consumer market segments.
