Hydrite Chemical Co. has announced its acquisition of SERVCO, a speciality chemical company located in Lubbock, Texas, US. SERVCO's facility in northwest Texas will expand Hydrite's geographic reach, allowing them to more effectively service customers in the Southwestern portion of the US.
