DEF blending plant in operation

Stateside Urea Funding LLC and FRM Mission Solutions LLC together hosted an open house event to celebrate the grand opening of their plant stand-up construction. The plant is producing high quality diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) to ISO 22241 standards under the blueJay DEF brand in Charleston, South Carolina.

The facility is capable of blending upwards of 10 million gal./y of DEF for retail and wholesale consumption (tankers, totes, jugs, direct pump), delivering bulk urea throughout the region, as well as providing lab quality deionised water for sale. blueJay DEF will be available for sale to large volume customers both onsite and off premises.

The plant will provide customers in the region with increased access to blueJay DEF, a brand of diesel exhaust fluid consumed by diesel vehicles equipped with emissions control technology.
