Lummus and Synthomer announce partnership to license acrylic acid esters technology

Lummus Technology and Synthomer have announced the launch of a new partnership to license Synthomer's proprietary acrylic acid esters technology.

"By joining forces with Synthomer, we are expanding our portfolio with a proven, high-value technology that meets growing global demand," said Romain Lemoine, Chief Business Officer, Lummus Technology. "We will be able to deliver a comprehensive and flexible solution to our customers while leveraging Synthomer's decades of operational excellence and product knowledge."

This strategic collaboration combines Synthomer's deep operational expertise and technological know-how in acrylic acid esters with Lummus' global licensing capabilities and extensive customer network. Lummus will offer robust solutions to produce acrylic acid esters, a key component in several high-performance applications, with the ability to utilise variety of raw materials, including bio-based feedstocks.
