Watermill Group acquires Cooper & Turner

The Watermill Group has completed the cross-border acquisition of Andaray (Holdings) Ltd and its direct and indirect subsidiaries (Cooper & Turner), a distributor of petrochemical grade studbolt assemblies and fasteners.
