ROSEN celebrates opening of Indian office

ROSEN Group has announced the grand opening of a new office in Navi Mumbai, India. The official ceremony took place on 31 January 2025.

Local long-time business partners, industry colleagues, and many valued clients, as well as employees and their families were present. The new location is organisationally part of ROSEN Europe and its management team was pleased to be part of the opening ceremony in India.

At a formal inauguration, ROSEN welcomed all participants and shared its vision for the future and its commitment to supporting the industry in India.

With the new office in India, ROSEN has secured a strong position in the in the rapidly evolving energy sector of the country. The large scale investments already made in the pipeline infrastructure and integrity management, along with the greater regulations that have now been introduced, are also increasing the demand for safe and reliable energy transportation. To meet this demand, the new modern and well-equipped building is a decisive step. In addition, the office and operations teams are working under the same roof to improve collaboration, optimise workflows, and strengthen team dynamics.

The specific plans for the location are as follows:

  • Building a strong local team that can execute inspections with the highest market demand independently.
  • Strengthen customer relationships by being closer to key industry players.

Make operations more efficient and cost-effective while meeting the highest quality standards.

The opening was also full of celebration, tradition, and shared success. A Puja Ceremony was performed, a traditional Indian ritual to bless a new beginning, to bring success, prosperity, and positive energy to a place and its people. This ritual was a special and touching moment for the employees, their families, local partners and clients.

Jochen Spalink, Director for Business Execution at ROSEN Europe, who was entrusted with the establishment of the office, stated: "With the official opening of our new office, we reach a significant milestone in India! This expansion is more than just a new location; it represents our commitment to pipeline integrity, and long-term growth in the region. Moreover, it’s a hub for collaboration, innovation, and delivering real impact. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this event special — from our families and colleagues to our clients and industry partners."

Currently, the facility directly employs 15 people and is expected to grow by another 15 to 30 over the next few years and thus the expansion with the knowledge on site. This ROSEN location serves customers throughout India and South-West Asia.
