hte – the high throughput experimentation company has been awarded a tender for the provision of a very flexible high throughput solution to A*STAR.
The unit will be commissioned by hte and installed at one of A*STAR’s research institutes in Singapore in 2Q22.
This decision has been made as a result of a thorough market evaluation in the bidding process involving key providers of high throughput technologies.
Manufacturing technology solutions and providing contract research are core to hte’s business offerings. The successful installation of over 100 units worldwide demonstrates the expertise the company has developed over two decades. For A*STAR, the unit aims to address the need for catalyst testing in a wide array of chemical processes, including processes to reduce the firm's CO2 footprint by converting it into valuable products.
Wolfram Stichert, CEO at hte, said: “We are delighted to have been entrusted with this project, the first unit of its kind in Singapore, paving the way for a fruitful future collaboration with A*STAR.”
