Jeff has over 30 years of experience in industrial water treatment systems, including scale, corrosion and bacteria control. He has been a frequent presenter at the national conferences of the Association of Water Technologies (AWT), the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), and the Cooling Tower Institute. Jeff earned his B.S. in Biology from Adelphi University and a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His technical papers have been widely published in scientific journals on subjects such as comparative biocide efficacy, biofilm control and its application against Legionella pneumophila in industrial cooling water systems, and biocide blends to solve microbial contamination issues in hydraulic fracturing, to name only a few.

Mike Standish, MFG VP Water Additives and Co-Founder Radical Polymers, declared: “Jeff is a world-class expert on industrial water treatment for scale, corrosion and microbiological control. He is highly regarded within the water treatment industry and enjoys helping customers. He is an ideal Technical Director for MFG Chemical Water Additives.”

In accepting his expanded role, Dr. Kramer stated: “I look forward to working with many more customers to meet their water treatment needs in scale, corrosion and microbiological control.
