MAIRE subsidiaries awarded contracts for EPC

MAIRE (MAIRE.MI) has announced that its subsidiaries TECNIMONT, KT-Kinetics Technology, and NEXTCHEM have been granted new awards for a total amount of approximately US$3.5 billion for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities related to petrochemical and hydrotreating projects, as well as high value engineering services for a waste to chemical project.

These projects – whose engineering activities have already started – have been granted by prominent international clients in Southern Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and in Central Asia and will be carried out by MAIRE’s Integrated E&C Solutions and Sustainable Technology Solutions business units.

Alessandro Bernini, MAIRE CEO, stated: “We are very pleased for these new awards which will significantly diversify our geographical footprint and confirm our capabilities in executing large complex projects as well as our technological know-how to support clients in their decarbonisation path with innovative, sustainable solutions”.
