The deals were struck with Sanmenxia Aoke Chemical Industry Co., Ltd, based in Sanmenxia City, and ABB Engineering Shanghai.
Sanmenxia Aoke Chemical is a major chemical manufacturer which produces intermediates for applications including plastics, rubber, medicines and pesticides. It uses Servomex’s SERVOTOUGH SpectraXact 2500 Photometric gas analysers for process control and analysis.
An industrial manufacturer and research and development centre, ABB Engineering Shanghai uses Servomex’s SERVOPRO 4900 Multigas analysers for continuous emissions monitoring of multiple flue gas components.
The one-year contracts each cover preventative maintenance for the Servomex systems, with two standard maintenance visits and one breakdown service visit.
The maintenance scope for each analyser includes status inspection, performance verification, diagnostic data checks and recording, calibration and precision check, and a pre-treatment system check.
Operators also receive field analyser training, a calibration certificate, and priority in field service scheduling.
Additionally, remote technical support is provided, with a senior engineer providing telephone support within 12 hours or email support within eight hours.
Further customer benefits include free workshop training for two people, and a 10% discount on any spare parts required.
Guangyong Wang Service Manager-China at Servomex said: “These contracts illustrate how Servomex continues to support the operation of our analysers after the point of sale – we believe that service should cover the entire life of your analyser.
“Our network of service centres ensures global expertise is available at a local level, with a rapid response that covers all your maintenance needs.”
