Sipchem completes turnaround maintenance on methanol plant

Saudi International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem) has announced the completion of the scheduled periodic turnaround maintenance activities for the methanol plant of the International Methanol Company, an affiliate of Sipchem.
Start-up activities for the methanol plant commenced on 24 November 2018.
The scheduled turnaround is intended to enhance the plant’s efficiency, increase its reliability, reduce production cost and allow it to achieve its future operational plans.
