Founded in 1978, the company counts 120 employees of several nationalities and achieved an annual turnover of approximately €60 million.

With this acquisition, Suez Environment extends its geographical footprint in the Middle East, South East Asia and Australia and reinforces its technical expertise and portfolio towards the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry.

Process Group brings additional capabilities in the oil and gas market, as well as commercial and technological complementarities to offer a complete portfolio of solutions and technologies to industrial customers all around the world.
