Pond has named Lorraine A. Green as the new Executive Vice President of its oil and gas division.
Green’s responsibilities include leading Pond’s oil and gas team in Atlanta and Houston, US, including natural gas, midstream, fuelling, corrosion control and environmental services.
Green said: “The growth that Pond is experiencing is unlike anything I’ve ever seen in the marketplace […] We recently added Environmental Sciences Services and are continuing to add new services every year, which allows us to solve all of our clients’ problems in a one-stop shop environment. One of Pond’s great strengths, in everything we do, is meeting and exceeding client expectations.
“This is one of the most exciting arenas in the US today with the new technologies that are being applied and the new sources of energy we are finding throughout the country […] You never do the same thing twice and that is very exciting after 30 years. You think you’ve seen it all, but in this market, you haven’t - no matter what.”
Tony Parker, President and CEO of Pond, added: “Thanks to Lorraine’s vision and solid leadership, her division has experienced tremendous growth over the last several years which has helped drive our firm’s economic engine […] Her passion and commitment to our core values, and leadership in the industry and the community, is an example for all of us to follow.”
