Gazprom and Engie sign MoU

The Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, Alexey Miller, recently held a working meeting with the CEO of Engie, in Paris, France.
The two parties discussed the progress of and prospects for cooperation in the gas sector, focusing on the Nord Stream 2 project.
Gazprom notes that particular attention was paid to Russian gas supplies to France. Gas exports to France have increased 11.4% in the period from January 1 to 23 April 23 2017, compared to the same period of 2016.
In the course of the meeting, Alexey Miller and Isabelle Kocher signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which aims to promote cooperation between the two companies.
