Intertek shipcare manager elected to IBIA board

Intertek is pleased to announce that Mr Michael Green, Intertek ShipCare’s Global Technical Manager, has been elected to the International Bunker Industry (IBIA) Board of Directors.

‘We are proud of Michael for achieving this position of recognition and responsibility within a prestigious organisation such as IBIA’, said Steve Bee, Intertek ShipCare’s Global Business Director. ‘Michael is a long standing expert in bunker fuel and of the myriad issues related to bunker fuel quality. The constant challenges posed to the shipping industry from bunker fuel variability and ever changing regulations mean Michael’s expertise is needed more than ever’.
