API named best place to work

The Washington Post has named the API as one of the best places to work in the greater D.C. region, based on an independent survey of organisations employing nearly 75 000 area workers. Published this Sunday, the Washington Post Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. Reviews are collected in an employee survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP. Among other factors, API was recognised for its competitive benefits, cooperative workplace, and for having a management structure that encourages new ideas and a flexible balance of work and personal life. API also offers opportunities to contribute to charitable events and engage in other popular activities, like the team wellness program.
