LAR Process Analysers AG is strengthening its global orientation and position as a specialist in the TOC market. The company was acquired by Process Insights Holdings, which creates a global portfolio of premium brands in gas and water analytics focused on process monitoring, analytics, control and safety.
The headquarters of LAR will remain in Berlin, Germany.
LAR was founded in 1986 by Dr Werner Arts, who now wants to give his company into good hands and secure a successful further development. With the takeover by Process Insights and the convening of the new CEO Jochen Eberheim, the founder's wishes are fulfilled and LAR is led into a successful future.
“In future, LAR will continue to internationalise and bring the motto of ‘The TOC Company’ to continue to be disproportionately successful," says Jochen Eberheim, new CEO of LAR Process Analysers AG.
