AFPM appoints senior VP
The American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (APFM) has promoted Brendan Williams to senior vice president of advocacy. Williams joined the organisation in 2007 and has served as vice president of advocacy since December 2011. In his new position, Williams we be responsible for communications, government relations, outreach, regulatory affairs and strategic initiatives.
AFPM president, Charles Drevna, commented: “Brendan has been an integral part in the growth of AFPM and I am confident in his ability to effectively lead the full advocacy team. The added responsibility will lead to greater coordination within the organisation and more effective efforts to advance the refining and petrochemical industry”.
