Hydrocarbon Engineering,
Veolia Water Technologies has been selected by Dolphin Energy to engineer an industrial wastewater management system at Dolphin Energy’s natural gas production and processing facilities in Ras Laffan, Qatar.
The system will include Veolia’s HPD® evaporators for KHI removal and distillate recovery. It will use forced circulation technology for the two step evaporation process; this method was selected because of the viscous nature of the concentrated organic wastewater.
The plant is expected to start up in September 2017 and will have a capacity of 40 m3/hr.
